<p>The note summary is due on January 17, 2012.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<p>As per our in class discussions, you essentially have two options for the completion of this project:</p>
<p><strong>Option 1</strong>:  You turn in a typed-up and fully revised note summary for the piece entitled &#8220;Clever Hans&#8221;</p>
<p><strong>Option 2</strong>:  You turn in a typed-up and fully revised note summary for the piece entitled &#8220;Watch the Birdie&#8221;</p>
<p>Requirements for both options:</p>
<p>1.  You must write your note summary keeping all of our writing lessons in mind.</p>
<p>2.  Be sure to double space your work and use Times New Roman font (size 12).</p>
<p>3.  Read the rubric carefully.</p>
<p>4. Do not include a cover page.  Instead, include a heading in which you include your name, your class,  and the date (January 2012).</p>
<p>6.  Staple the rubric to the final piece.  The rubric can be found below.</p>

<p><strong>Option 1</strong>:  You turn in a complete fantasy story (optimally around 3-5 pages in length.)</p>
<p><strong>Option 2</strong>:  You turn in a complete and detailed outline of your story, highlight ONE KEY SCENE from that outline, and write it out.  (This should be between 2 and 3 pages in length. Consider this option if you find your story is very elaborate.)</p>
<p>Requirements for both options:</p>
<p>1.  You must write your scene/story keeping all our writing lessons in mind</p>
<p>2.  Be sure to double space your work and use Times New Roman font (size 12).</p>
<p>3.  Read the rubric carefully.</p>
<p>4.  If you are only writing one scene, be sure to turn in your outline!</p>
<p>5. Do not include a cover page.  Instead, include a heading in which you include your name, your class,  and the date (January 2012).</p>
<p>6.  Staple the rubric to the final piece.  The rubric can be found below.</p>
